The Approach
There are 3 promotional standalone emails that are sent out to college graduates within the span of a month before the webinar starts. Then we have 3 pre-event emails that are sent out to all of the registrants. Lastly, once the webinar concludes, a feedback survey is sent out along with a webinar video recording when it becomes available usually 2 weeks after the webinar event.
All the emails are on brand with the college’s colour scheme and I've created all the webinar banners with a high quality image of the related topic of discussion, along with a visible call-to-action that directs our audience to the integrated registration landing pages within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
